Delivery Charges

Standard Delivery (UK):

  • All orders over £10 enjoy FREE delivery. We use our tracked courier services for all orders.
  • For subscription orders (Clever Growers) deliveries will be received between the 14th and 21st of the month.
  • All other orders will be received 3-4 working days after they have been ordered, e.g. for an order placed on Monday by 5.30pm, goods will be received by Friday.
  • Standard Postage & Packaging charge is £2.99 for orders under £10

Returns / Exchanges

  • We really hope you are happy with your Sow Clever purchase. However if you aren’t satisfied it may be returned within 14 days for a complete refund, to the same credit/debit card it was purchased on.
  • We cannot accept returns or exchanges on items that were purchased on sale or special offers.
  • Returned items must be in the same condition as received i.e. unopened and unused. In the event of a return, please contact us via email to support@sowclever.co.uk . Upon receiving and processing the return, Sow Clever will provide a refund or a replacement item.
  • Your return must be accompanied by the original packing slip (or a copy). All costs for return shipment are the responsibility of the customer.
  • If our product is damaged upon receipt by you, claims must be made within 5 days of package delivery. In the event of a return of a damaged product, please contact us via email to support@sowclever.co.uk . Upon receiving and processing the return, Sow Clever will provide a refund or a replacement item.

How to proceed with your return or exchange

  • Please email us at support@sowclever.co.uk to advise that you would like to make a return or exchange. In your subject heading please state whether you are claiming for a RETURN or EXCHANGE and state the desired item(s) etc. Exchanges will be subject to our stock availability.
  • Securely wrap and package the item with a note detailing your request and send to our head office address. Please send your return or exchange to: Sow Clever, PO Box 897, Halifax, HX1 9US. We recommend that you send all items insured and/ or registered when sent through the mail.

Receiving a refund

  • Once your package has been received as per the above conditions, we will begin to process your refund.
  • Each item will undergo a quality control check and once verified your refund will be processed by the original payment type within 30 days of the date of your refund request.
  • All undamaged, correctly returned products will be credited to the original purchaser. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account.
  • Please note: If for any reason your return fails our quality control check, we will get in touch with you to discuss proceedings. Sow Clever reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange for any item sent back in a condition where the item has been used or damaged.

14 day cooling off period

  • In addition to our returns policy, under the Distance Selling Regulations, you have 14 working days (beginning the day after receipt) to cancel your purchase. In this case, we provide a full refund on the goods, less relevant delivery charges, but you must return the cancelled items at your own cost.
  • Your statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.
